Orders are shipped using our own delivery fleet. For orders under $300 Singapore Dollars (SGD), there will be a minimum delivery fee of $15. Wholesale orders over $300 are eligible for free shipping to destinations on the Singapore mainland. Do note that for protected, restricted or otherwise inaccessible areas, we may have to arrange alternative meeting points to drop off your order.

For orders that are exceptionally bulky or heavy, or requiring more than one vehicle or one trip, or for any other considerations, Kian Seng Chun reserves the right to levy additional delivery fees or charges.

Orders from third-party platforms such as Shopee and Ezbuy are subject to the delivery policies of their respective platforms and of any third party logistics partners engaged. We advise customers to check the policies of these platforms should they have any questions about an order made through such websites.
