Return and Refund Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase. We invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Your Order Cancellation Rights
The deadline for requesting a return or refunding an order is seven (7) days from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. All customers must also provide sufficient photovisual evidence of the packaging and items alongside their request for a refund and/or exchange. Alternatively, if you have purchased our products from a third-party platform (such as Shopee or Ezbuy), all refunds and returns will be processed by that platform. Customers are advised to contact us through such platforms for more information on refunding or returning their order, or to file a request for a refund and return through the platform itself.

Conditions for Returns
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
● The goods were purchased in the last 7 days
● The goods are in the original packaging
● The product is not used or damaged
Additionally, all customers must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
The following goods cannot be returned:
● The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
● The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
● The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
● The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. Additionally, goods sold on other platforms such as Shopee and Ezbuy are subject to the return and refund policies of their respective platforms, and consumers must go through such platforms to obtain a refund and/or exchange.

Regular priced goods may be refunded. Goods subject to promotions, offers, sales or other discounts may be refunded on a case-by-case basis.

Change of Mind
Consumers seeking to exchange products on the basis of a change of mind may contact us at or through our website form. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any change of mind exchanges will incur a delivery and administrative fee of S$15 or more, with pick-up and return at the customer’s stated delivery address.

Returning Goods

For refunds and returns, our delivery team will contact you to arrange for a pick-up at your delivery address. While we will attempt to arrange for a delivery at your convenience, our store operating hours are limited and we reserve the sole right to arrange for the timing.
Goods returned or exchanged on the basis of incorrect delivery will incur no additional delivery cost. Should there be a request for a refund on the basis of an incorrect delivery of goods on behalf of the seller, our delivery team will assess the items when they pick up the items for return. Should it be found that the correct order was delivered, there will be an administrative and delivery surcharge of S$30, and the refund will be denied.
For walk-in customers, all returns and exchanges will have to be done at our retail outlet at 57 Geylang Bahru, #01-3495, Singapore 330057. Returns and exchanges done via delivery can be arranged on a case-by-case basis subject to additional delivery and administrative fees.
